Who is responsible

What data this website collects

Contact form

When you send a project inquiry, the form collects your name, email address, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and the project details you write. This information is used only to read and reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage the project.

The form is processed by a server function hosted on Cloudflare and delivered to me by email or into my CRM. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to tell people from bots.

The form on the contact page and the booking calendar are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel). They load when you open those pages, so LeadConnector receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. What you enter there, including your name, email address and project details, is sent directly to LeadConnector and saved in my CRM.

Preferences stored on your device

Your cookie consent choice and any accessibility settings you pick are stored in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to me. If you allow functional preferences, the portfolio filter you last used is stored the same way.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to deliver and secure the site.

Analytics and marketing

If you allow the Analytics category in the cookie preferences, this site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use it. Clarity records page visits, clicks, scrolling and device details, and shows them to me as heatmaps and session replays. Text typed into forms is masked before it is sent. Microsoft processes this data, including through cookies, and may use it for its own purposes, as described in theMicrosoft Privacy Statement.

Clarity does not run if you reject the category, and you can withdraw consent at any time. No marketing tools are currently active. If any are added later, they will only run after you allow the matching category, and this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated.

Legal basis

Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies: replying to your inquiry is based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract and on legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; optional analytics and any marketing are based on your consent.

How long data is kept

Inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Project-related correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and any legal record-keeping duties.

Sharing

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website and deliver your inquiry (listed above), who process it on my behalf.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact me using the details above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
