Dental Clinic Branded CRM Dashboard
A GoHighLevel account restyled as a dental practice platform: clinic branding, a simpler menu in patient language and a front-desk welcome banner.
This is a demonstration concept describing how I would approach this kind of project. It is not a client case study, and no client results are claimed.
The scenario
A dental marketing agency puts every practice on GoHighLevel, but front-desk staff find the default menu long and full of sales terms they never use.
The approach
- A clinic colour system, fonts and logo applied across the dashboard and the login page.
- Menu trimmed to what the front desk uses and renamed in practice language: Patients, Appointments, Treatment plans, Reviews.
- A welcome banner with today’s date and quick links to book, message and take payment.
- Pipeline stages styled as treatment journeys, from new enquiry to plan accepted.
